It’s no secret that teachers of the Word haven’t always lived out what they taught. It was true then, and it’s still true today. In today’s lesson, “A Generous Gift,” we’ll look in on Jesus’ conversation with His disciples and the people of Jerusalem as He exposes the hypocritical behavior of the Pharisees and Scribes—and highlights the striking difference between their offerings and the humble, wholehearted gift of the widow.
