Our Services

I believe Self-Care is the first step to finding peace within. It's very hard to show up in the world as your authentic-self when things are not lining up in your personal life. It is through the hard conversations we have with ourselves, we're able to find that peace within we all desire. I like to say Self-Care involves the following:

 

Self-Awareness- knowing when you're not being your best self.

Self-Reflective- knowing when it's time to take a look at yourself.

Self-Improvement- Being willing to do the work to be better.

Self-rewarding- Recognizing when change has come.

I've used these tools for myself and with my clients and have found them to be effective when done with grace, an open heart, and discipline.

Yes, it will be hard, but when you make the commitment to yourself to be Self-ish (self caring) you'll discover that all the hard work was worth your peace within.
